Use Logitech products typically with good results. Just not this time, worked once, then the microphone when out.

I was happy with the Logitech H340, and decided to upgrade just a little to the H540. What a waste of money. The headphones work ok, but the microphone was defective. Unless you scream, head on, into the mic, it would not pick up a signal. Tried contacting Logitech support, but got no response. A company with such poor quality control and customer support does not deserve business.

After using a cheaper version of the Logitech headset and getting complaints from those on the other side, I upgraded to the H540 version and those issues have gone away. Not the most expensive version, but this one solved my connection and microphone issues.
